Turkmenistan has adopted a law on the state protection of Akhal-Teke horses.
Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed the law "On the State Protection of Akhal-Teke Horses in Turkmenistan," the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper reported. The document defines the legal, organizational and economic basis for the protection of Akhal-Teke horses, recognized as a national treasure of the Turkmen people. As stated in the law, its main goals are to preserve the gene pool and increase the number of purebred Akhal-Teke horses, protect the art of Akhal-Teke horse breeding and horse-dressing traditions, and collect, preserve, and scientifically study manuscripts and other written sources about these animals. The document also provides for the development of scientific research, the publication and translation of scientific and popular science works about these horses, the creation of films, plays, and other works of art dedicated to them, the organization of thematic festivals, competitions, and exhibitions, and the development of international cooperation in this area

Trophies awarded to winners of dressage and show jumping competitions held at the Pilbergen equestrian complex
During the beauty and equestrian competitions of Akhal-Teke horses held at the Pilbergen equestrian complex in Kronenberg, the Badysaba diet horse of Ukrainian horse breeder Liliyan won the dressage competition "For the beautiful movement of the horse", and the competition competition was won by the athlete of the National Equestrian Sports Center of Turkmenistan, Yhlas Chopanov. Arriving at the Pilbergen Equestrian Center in Kronenberg, the National Leader of the Turkmen People, accompanied by riders from the Galkynyş National Equestrian Games Group, headed to the equestrian center building, where he attended significant events and spoke at an open meeting of the International Akhal-Teke Horse Breeding Association.
