Seven horse races were held in honor of the national holiday of the Turkmen horse.
As we previously reported, on April 27, festivities were held in Arkadag city, at the International Akhalteke Equestrian Sports Complex, to mark the national holiday of the Turkmen horse. A total of 7 horse races were held here at various distances, and dozens of horses participated in them and showed their best results.

Taýçanak monument and section of Ahalteke atlary avenue opened in Arkadag
As part of the celebration of Akhal-Teke Horse Day, the city of Arkadag hosted the opening ceremonies of the new Taýçanak (Foal) monument at the roundabout of Akhan and Kopetdag avenues, as well as the reconstructed section of Ahalteke atlary (Ahal-Teke horses) avenue between the Akhan and Taýçanak monuments, TDH reports.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov was presented with eight Akhal-Teke horses as part of the celebration of the National Day of the Turkmen Racehorse from representatives of all regions of the country and law enforcement agencies, TDH reports.

The most beautiful Ahal-Teke horse of the year was chosen in Turkmenistan
The award ceremony for the winners of the International Competition “The Most Beautiful Ahal-Teke Horse of the Year” was held at the Aba Annayev International Horse Breeding Academy in the city of Arkadag with the participation of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov. The event was the culmination of the celebrations dedicated to the National Day of the Turkmen Horse, TDH reports.
