Yesterday, on the occasion of the national holiday of the Turkmen horse, a competition of equestrian show jumping was held at the indoor arena of the International Akhalteke Equestrian Complex.

A total of 11 elite horses participated in the race. According to the rules of equestrian competition, the horses jumped over hurdles 1 meter 10 centimeters high in the first round. Atbasar (Seyitymam Seyidov) from the National Sports Center, Altynhan (Ihlas Chopanov) and Toychi (Yazgeldi Garajaev) from the National Sports Federation of Turkmenistan, who jumped from the hurdles in the shortest possible time without receiving a penalty or with a small penalty, to the Ahalteke Equestrian Complex of the President of Turkmenistan. respective horses such as Alamat (Movlam Ballyev), Hanay (Annadurdy Hallyev), Gudrat (Mergen Gurbanlyyev) and Terbaş (Merdan Pirmyradov) won the right to participate in the 2nd round of the competition. At this stage, the height of the obstacles from the start to the finish line was 1 meter 20 centimeters.

Thus, the horses Atbasar ridden by Seyitymam Seyidov, Altynhan ridden by Ihlas Chopanov, Toychy ridden by Yazgeldi Garajaev and Gudrat ridden by Mergen Gurbangulyev, who successfully performed in the 2nd stage of the competition, won the right to compete in the 3rd stage of the competition. In this stage, the height of the obstacles was increased to 1 meter 30 centimeters, and according to the results of the 3 stages, the student of the International Equestrian Academy named after Aba Annayev passed the prescribed course in 0.35.8 seconds with the name of Yazgeldi Garajayev Toychy, the 1st place, the prescribed distance was 0.37. Ihlas Chopanov, who was able to pass in 5 seconds, won the 2nd place with Altynhan, and Seyitymam Seyidov Atbasar, who passed the prescribed distance with 8 penalties in 0.35.5 seconds, took the 3rd place.
