I wish you success in your initiatives aimed at the continued prosperity of your homeland and in your large-scale efforts to glorify our "heavenly" racehorses, which have become a national treasure and recognized as a standard of beauty, throughout the world. Our dear President! The International Akhal-Teke Horse Beauty Contest, the 18th International Scientific Conference "The Turkmen Horse and the World Art of Horse Breeding," horse races and competitions, including equestrian marathons, solemnly held under your leadership in the year "Independent Neutral Turkmenistan - the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses" on the occasion of the National Day of the Turkmen Horse, stimulate the development of horse breeding traditions and attract the attention of the world community to the Akhal-Teke horses as an integral part of the rich national cultural heritage. At the 47th International Circus Arts Festival held in Monte Carlo, Principality of Monaco, the Galkynyş National Equestrian Games Group was awarded the Gold Award and other special prizes, which increased the nation's pride in Akhal-Teke horses. Today, thanks to your tireless efforts, the fame of our "heavenly" horses, the pride of the nation, is spreading throughout the world. Akhal-Teke horses have always been a national treasure, a highlight of Turkmen homes and grand celebrations. Distinguished by their speed, beauty, and loyalty, these horses have become the wings and priceless treasure of our people. The presentation of international certificates for significant contributions to circus arts to the Galkynyş National Equestrian Games Group at the Monte Carlo International Circus Festival in a year when the fame of our frisky, graceful horses is growing, and the group's successful performances at the Türkmeniň ak öýi buildings in the Balkan, Daşoguz, Lebap, and Mary regions of the Fatherland, organically harmonizing with the beautiful motto of the year, "Independent, Neutral Turkmenistan – the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses," further enrich its content. Our highly respected President! Meetings of the International Akhal-Teke Horse Association are regularly held in the country. Thanks to your efforts, the opportunity for a large group of horse breeders raising purebred Akhal-Teke horses abroad to come to Turkmenistan and witness a grand celebration in honor of these horses has increased interest in the Akhal-Teke horses worldwide. Under your leadership, the noble work of domestic and foreign Akhal-Teke breeders is being recognized in this new historical era. They are being awarded the honorary titles of "Türkmenistanyň at gazanan atşynasy," "Türkmenistanyň ussat halypa çapyksuwary," "Türkmenistanyň halk atşynasy," and "Türkmenistanyň ussat halypa seýsi." The establishment, under your leadership, of the Aba Annaev International Horse Breeding Academy in Arkadag, the Research and Production Center for Horse Breeding, the Gorogly State Equestrian Circus, the opening of the UNESCO "Akhal-Teke Horses - Ambassadors of Peace" club, and the inclusion of the Akhal-Teke horse breeding art and horse-dressing traditions in the UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity as one of the elite forms of Turkmen art have increased the glory of Turkmen horses, considered a miracle of national and world culture. Our dear President! Once again, I extend my heartfelt congratulations on the occasion of the National Turkmen Horse Day, celebrated in the year of the widespread celebration of the glorious 35th anniversary of the sacred independence of our mighty Motherland!
